Fire Safety Awareness, Mock Drill and Training Program

on 25 July 2026, Fire Safety Mock Drill and Training Conducted at Vaidya Yagya Dutt Sharma Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya, Khurja. A Fire Safety Mock Drill and Training Programme was successfully organized at Vaidya Yagya Dutt Sharma Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya, Khurja to enhance awareness and preparedness for fire emergencies among faculty members, doctors, students, interns, and staff. The training was conducted by Fire Station Second Officer (FSSO) Shri Avadhesh Pratap Singh, along with his subordinate Shri Jugendra Pal Singh . During the session, the officers explained the common causes of fire incidents, preventive measures, and the importance of timely response during emergencies. A live demonstration was conducted on the proper use of fire extinguishers and firefighting techniques. Participants were also trained in evacuation procedures, emergency communication, and safety protocols to be followed during fire-related incidents. The mock drill provided hands-on experience, enabling participants to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations. The programme concluded with an interactive session where participants' queries regarding fire safety were addressed. The institution expressed its gratitude to the Fire Department team for conducting this informative and practical training, reaffirming its commitment to ensuring a safe and secure campus environment.
